Born and raised in the heart of Upstate South Carolina, Dr. Parris has always been inspired by the connection between body, mind, and spirit. She attended the University of South Carolina Upstate, completing the 3 + 1 program in partnership with Sherman College of Chiropractic, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Throughout her journey, Dr. Parris has traveled across the United States learning directly from the creator of NetworkSpinal and training alongside some of the best NetworkSpinal chiropractors in the world for over four years. She continues to refine her art, skill, and joy for life each and every day—bringing a unique blend of clinical excellence, intuitive presence, and heartfelt care to her community.
As a mom herself, Dr. Parris has a special heart for families. She is passionate about creating a space where moms, babies, and families can experience holistic, gentle, and transformative care that supports their body’s innate wisdom and connection.
